I already de- and re-installed Real estate, but what was wrong with my first install? The average widths of 422% in total? :)

It’s simple really (if not immediately obvious):
- 100% of users are browsing with a window width greater than 584
- 100% are browsing with a window width greater than 744 (744 is greater than 584 so it follows that both would be 100%)
- 96% are browsing with a window width greater than 968 (that means that 4% have less than 968 but greater than 744—because everyone is browsing with a window width greater than 744)
- and so on.
There’s no reason to sum the percentages since the values overlap.
