Look on the preferences pane and if the option “ignore my visits” is selected, uncheck it!

Hi thanks .. i had already done that .. its a live site .. its not picking up anything .. I wonder if it could be the sites rewrite rule ?

I have no idea how to deal with it if it is!

Your rewrite rules are likely the issue. Try disabling mod_rewrite in your /mint/ directory.

Is there a support option for paying customers?

This is it.

Whatever you did appeared fixed the observable issue I was seeing—which is why I didn’t reply to your follow up (simply assuming you fixed the problem between your posting and my reading).

What exactly is the problem? “NADA!” isn’t descriptive enough for me to diagnose and address the issue.
