Error with Feedburner Pepper (Feedburner Items Pane only)

I’m getting this error in my Feedburner Items pane under one of my feeds:

Error: Item tracking is not enabled. Log into Feedburner to enable it.

Though the same feed in the Feedburner pane works perfectly. I logged into Feedburner to check and ensure that the ‘Awareness API’ was enabled for that feed and it is even says: This service is active.

Any thoughts on why one of my feeds works perfectly and this other one 1/2 works?

I’ve tried turning Awareness off and back on to see if that would help. It did not.

Thoughts?

bump

Now the problem is effecting both of my feeds. Is anyone else having this problem. I haven’t changed any settings on feedburner or my feeds, or mint for that matter. This is quite perplexing since no one else has seems to have this problem.

Current problem:

Both feeds work in the feedburner pane but not in the feedburner items pane.

Try contacting the Feedburner Pepper developer. Most Pepper developers are pretty responsive.

i’m having the same issue with one of my client’s blogs. the awareness api is active but i’m getting an error message in mint telling me that it isn’t. any advice?
