iPhone pepper suggestion

Hi!

Thanks for a very cool application!

I have a suggestion for the iPhone pepper. It looks great on my iPod, but with the number of peppers I have installed it takes longer to load than I’d like. It’d be nice to have a preference for the iPhone pepper to “only show these peppers”.

1.17 adds a “load panes on demand” preference.

Thanks Shaun, that works great!

Another suggestion: in my display preferences I checked ‘Fix pane height and use scrollbars’. Can this option be ignored when using the iphone? Scrolling doesn’t seem to work so I can’t see all the data.

I tested it and it works on most pepper. Some pepper seem to have some trouble though. For instance: when switching from Unique to Repeat in the Referrers Pepper the fixed height is back. Same problem with Crushes, and similar issues with SERPS and Attention Span.

That’s odd. It worked fine for me. What other preferences do you have set (eg. in the iPhone Pepper)? I’ll take a look.

Maybe it’s because I show a Maximum of 50 rows per pane?

The iPhone Pepper has these settings - Mint webclip - Open links in new tab - Load all panes is not checked

I get the same behavior in Safari with the user agent set to iPhone. Probably a bit easier for debugging.

Turns out the issue was tied to tabs that contain filters, search bars and graphs or odd tables. 1.19 addresses the issue.
