Mint Has Stopped Tracking

As of 2 days ago Mint has stopped tracking visitors. I have ensured that the mint JS request is still on all pages, so I assume the problem lies within the software.

2 days ago I installed User Agent 007, Locations, and Locations+, and Spark Graphs. I noticed at this time that stats were no longer coming in so I uninstalled all of the above Peppers but am still not receiving hits.

Any idea why this might be happening? It’s very frustrating as this is a critical time to be tracking stats and I am completely in the dark.

I have the same problem as Josh. 6 Days ago after a switch to a new hosting provider (inc. domian transfer) Mint has stopped tracking visitors. I am also completely in the dark.

The sensible thing to do is to try uninstalling the Pepper you installed since the problem appeared. I don’t believe the Locations and Locations Plus Pepper are intended to be installed side-by-side (Till will have to correct me if I’m wrong) and have been the source of frequent, similar issues lately so I would start there.

Till, Intervisual’s server is returning the following error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 26214400 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 25306162 bytes) in /tillkruess/locationsplus/engine.php on line 220

Intervisual, you should uninstall the Locations Plus Pepper. It looks like Joshua already has as his Mint is recording visits as intended.

I reinstalled last night and it did indeed remedy the situation.

I would however like to point out that I did not have Locations and Locations+ installed at the same time. I initially had Locations+ installed but had uninstalled it (due to the huge database backing it up) to give the regular Locations a shot.

This was a very frustrating error and I think since multiple people appear to be experiencing it a small PSA or something may not hurt.

Regardless, thanks for the help.

Yes, uninstalling the Locations Plus Pepper has fixed the problem.

Thanks! And Regards from Germany…

My Mint installation also stopped recording visits a couple of days ago. I uninstalled Locations+, but I’m still not seeing any visits. Turning on the &errors display inside of preferences I get the following three error messages:

Notice: Undefined variable: display in /home/markhnic/public_html/sibyllekuder.com/mint/pepper/beaucollins/sessiontracker/class.php on line 158

Notice: Undefined index: selected in /home/markhnic/public_html/sibyllekuder.com/mint/pepper/beaucollins/sessiontracker/class.php on line 151

Notice: Undefined variable: iconoptions in /home/markhnic/public_html/sibyllekuder.com/mint/pepper/beaucollins/sessiontracker/class.php on line 168

Removing the SessionTracker pepper also had no effect.

The proper “” line is embedded in each of my pages. I am able to view Mint, it just isn’t recording any visits.

Any help will be appreciated! Thanks!

I updated my Mint installation to 2.16, and also updated the SecretCrush and Locations+ peppers (although, not the Locations database). Still no visits being recorded.

Next I downloaded the SessionTracker pepper, even though its version hasn’t changed in a long time. Reinstalling it seems to have cleared up my issue. I am now getting visits recorded again. However, the three error messages I recorded in my last posting are still occurring.
