This is my first go at an installation of Mint, I’ve gone through all the checks for compatibility, added the code to the html /head section. when I view the mint admin/results page there are zero hits showing, even from logging in to the site from different accounts/browsers.

Mint on your domain is 404ing. Or rather, it is at the location your Mint JavaScript tag is pointing to. If you haven’t installed Mint in the usual location (/mint/) then you need to update the JavaScript tag to reflect that.
Hey I’m getting the same thing. Installed mint and get a 404 for some reason. (tootit.com/mint/)
How can I trouble shoot a 404?
