Exclude an IP from stats

Is it possible to exclude our office (static) IP from any stats? Either at the collection stage, or at the report generating stage?

It isn’t practical to make sure everyone has an ‘ignore me’ cookie set all the time in all their different browsers (for example when we are browser testing).

You can find out how to exclude multiple ip addresses at Peppermint Tea: http://massiveblue.net/pepperminttea/20 … -addresses

I have the same problem and would have tried it out if all this talk about “Apache Module”, “auto_prepend_file”, and “output buffer” in the advanced instructions wasn’t so over my head.

Perhaps someone could make laymans instructions in another thread or direct me to some if they exist already?

Excluding IP-addresses this way never worked for me like this somehow… In the previous version I used to delete them from time to time with an SQL-script, though, but the new Mint v2 has changed significantly (no real IP-addresses in the database). Any (more) ideas?

The tip above only works in advanced mode. Try this if that no good for you. haveamint.com/forum/troubleshooting/579 … #post_3489
