Hi,
Digging all the minty goodness here, but I am getting no love from doorbell. If I understand the config correctly, I am to keep open a window with my mint page displayed and I am supposed to get a bell/flash update when new people show up?
The doorbell code shows in my page source, but I get no notification when I view the site with my browser (“Ignore my visits” is turned off). I have tried this with refresh both ON and OFF. No dice.
Any ideas?
OK, this seems to have been fixed after I disabled some Peppers and re-installed in a different order. Also I turned off staggered load…. perhaps unrelated.
i can’t seem to get Doorbell to work either… on Safari for Mac or FF for PC.
Doorbell is properly installed, .txt file has write permission. Can’t figure this out for the life of me.
well, that did it… unchecking staggered loading fixed the issue.
