New to Mint: Number of Peppers and site performance

Does adding a lot of Peppers noticeably slow down sites? I’ve gone crazy and added all the ones that seem interesting.

(I tried searching but didn’t see an obvious answer)

It depends on the individual Pepper, how much JavaScript (if any) it requires, the performance of that JavaScript, the responsiveness of your server and database. In most cases, more Pepper increase the time it takes to view Mint, not necessarily how long it takes Mint to record a visit (which is the only thing that would impact your visitors).

I mean, pepperminttea.co.uk has a ton of peppers, and their pages load fast.
