I am on version 1.31 of Mint and need to know if there is a Pepper out there that will give me the city/state/country that hits are coming from.

The not-so-surprisingly titled Locations Pepper will track some of this for you, you might want to upgrade to the latest version of Mint however as I am unsure of compatibility issues with the Mint 1. (Currently at 2.17)

Locations v110 works with your version, but the database and the whole Pepper is totally out of date.
