WordPress plugin for Bird Feeder (mint-bird-feeder)

A little while ago, I wrote a plugin for WordPress that gives integration with the Bird Feeder Pepper. It’s very simple, and assumes the default installation setups for Mint and Bird Feeder. All you have to do is activate the plugin, and your RSS/RSS2/Atom feeds should start collecting stats in Mint.

If you use WordPress, and want it to work with Bird Feeder without hacking your WordPress core files by hand (which will break when you do a WP update), this plugin may come in handy.

I only provide an RSS2 feed on my blog, so I haven’t tested the RSS and Atom functionality, so please let me know if it does or doesn’t work with the RSS and Atom feeds.

Cheers, Nick

Feel free to submit this plugin to the Peppermill.

I like this plug in and it works perfectly.

I wonder if it would be possible to add the blog name to the feed name. Also, could there be a way to add an option to provide an alternative path to the Feeder directory with a text field?
