A handful of people are experiencing a lag in receiving their upgrade notification email and license to appear in the Account Center. In most cases PayPal has notified me via email that I have received your payment but for some reason is failing to notify my servers. I am looking into the issue right now and will post back here with an update. I appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.

It appears that everyone who is still waiting (9 out of 55 early adopters) all paid PayPal through a specific server on their load-balanced set-up. I’m trying to get this resolved ASAP. I will continue to update this thread.
Can’t wait to try out v2. It seems I jumped the gun a little installing the new mint without checking on the key first :)

Another update: There doesn’t seem to be anyway to avoid this one lazy-server. I have a new PayPal Business Support number. Their call center opens at 6am CST. I actually had to call them last week for an unrelated issue and they were quite helpful. Hopefully we’ll get this resolved quickly.
In the meantime, the subjects of all the payment notifications from the lazy server have different capitalization so I should be able to cook up a script to process my inbox and get you guys licensed ASAP.

If anyone was mid-update when they discovered they didn’t have a valid Activation Key you can roll back to your previous version of Mint by reversing the upgrade instructions.
I need to catch a few hours of sleep (I think I can squeeze in 4) so I’m coherent when I get in touch with PayPal later this morning.
Let me express again how sorry I am this process has been so drawn out.
