It’s been about 14 hours for me…

It will come… And I know it will be well worth the patience…

Just wondering - about how much of a delay should be expected as normal? It’s been about 12 hours for me. growfolio.com

There have been progress updates. No, you don’t have to “report” your url here. The normal delay is almost instantaneous.

PayPal is living up to their reputation for (lack of) support so far unfortunately. I hit another another snag when a large chunk of mail that was sent between 10 pm last night and 10 am this morning disappeared. Completely. Locally and from the server.

So now I’m waiting to be able to access history.paypal.com (which I’m sure is being crushed by thousands of small businesses downloading their end of month reports—it keeps timing out) so I can download all the missing invoices.

I’m just as frustrated as you guys are. This post launch time should be spent helping people with genuine software problems—not resolving third-party payment issues. Thanks to everyone who has expressed patience and understanding while I work through this.

Well, what ever you do - you’ll still be faster and more active than the MyDreamApp, MacHeist and Disco crew(s). So you just move forward in your own pace and I’m sure everyone will be just as satisfied as I am. Keep up the great work Mr. Inman :)

Me too! eoghanobrien.com

Would it be helpful if we who are waiting sent you the PayPal confirmation email that we got?

A number of you should have just received an email and an update in your Account Center.

I’m still waiting on a download (even a server response would be nice at this point) from history.paypal.com for the missing invoices but I manually updated all sales I have a record of in my inbox.

Josh, not really. Buyer and Seller Transaction IDs are different with PayPal. I need the Seller Transaction ID your invoice only has the Buyer.

waiting, thanks

I’ve just completed another small batch. Unfortunately, the early-adopters are still in the queue for Invoice recovery from PayPal. We’re getting there!

Payment history for the past day is in PayPal’s queue! I should receive a download link shortly. Thanks again for your patience everyone.

Alright, all of the early-adopters should be golden now—and not that minty-green fool’s gold either. ;)

I’ll be manually processing the few random problem purchases at regular intervals during normal business EST hours until I can work out what the problem is. The continued patience of newcomers to this topic is much appreciated.

Posting here as per your instructions.

Shaun,

Thanks for your work here. This early adaptor is very satisfied. All in time to jump on my next flight.

Just ran another batch (so much for business hours).

Add me to the list - acidlabs.org

And while the Account Center says my license key is valid, my Mint 2.0 install rejects it…

Bummer.

And me too, for andreasviklund.com. No rush though, just joining the choir.
