You could also have a look at why I was debited twice when I purchased Mint 1.0 - I never got paypal to pay me back after 15+ emails. Did you receive two payments or only one?

Great news, we appear to have resolved the problem!

Everyone who has purchased Mint or an upgrade to Mint 2 over the past two days should have their Activation Keys and updated licenses. I just ran the last batch of MIAs.

You can skip right to the Account Center to confirm everything is in order or check your inbox.

I’m closing and unsticking this thread. Then I’m taking a victory lap. Please email me if your purchase isn’t reflected in the Account Center.
