Facebook referrers

Posted on Apr 06, '10 at 08:07 am

I’m getting referrers from my Facebook profile and they’re all the same, save for the last param.

I want to make them stop popping in my unique referrers feed – how can I tell Mint to ignore the last “h” parameter?

Also, what’s with those unescaped & in RSS? Is it Google Reader’s fault?

There’s no way to merge (or remove) those params. The encoded ampersands suggest that the h argument is actually part of the url in the u argument.

Is there any way to completely ignore all http://facebook.com/l.php?* URLs? They’re clogging up my unique referrers feed and making it completely unusable.

Thanks in advance.

I tried to exclude facebook as a domain from the preferences but when I do so it also hides it from the domains pane and not only in the Newest Unique Referrers as stated in the prefs pane.

How can I hide facebook only from that pane but not in the domains one? I agree with feross, this way the unique referrers are unusable.

Thanks in advance.
